Welcome to the final stage of the game. You’ve examined the relics. You’ve considered their worth. Now you must understand the terms. Read carefully. What follows is not a riddle.

01 — AUCTION FORMAT & SCHEDULE
The main RAWction is a single-lot eBay auction. The collection is offered together, not individually. The official eBay listing determines bidding times and the winning bid.
02 — COLLECTION & CONDITION
The collection includes raw, ungraded Pokémon trading cards, complete and partial sets, promotional cards, and sealed products.
All ungraded cards are offered in their existing condition. No professional grading or specific grade is represented or guaranteed. Card condition may vary throughout the collection.
Prospective bidders are encouraged to review the Master Inventory on THE RAWCTION page and examine the available photographs in THE VAULT before placing a bid.
The photographs document selected cards and products. They do not represent an exhaustive photographic record of every item included in the offering.
03 — BIDDING & PAYMENT
All bidding and payment occur through eBay. Buyers must follow the requirements, payment methods, and deadlines stated in the official eBay listing and applicable eBay policies.
04 — IN-PERSON PICKUP & ACCEPTANCE
The RAWction collection is available for in-person pickup only. Shipping is not offered.
Following confirmed payment through eBay, the winning bidder will coordinate a pickup appointment with the seller through eBay Messages.
The buyer will be provided an opportunity to inspect the collection and verify its contents before accepting possession.
Upon satisfactory inspection, the buyer will provide their official eBay pickup QR code or six-digit confirmation code. The seller will use this code to document the completed transfer through eBay.
The buyer is responsible for transportation of the collection following pickup.
Any cancellation, return, or dispute will be handled according to the official eBay listing and applicable eBay policies.
05 — RETURNS & DISPUTES
The RAWction is intended as a final sale. The seller does not voluntarily accept returns for buyer's remorse, changes of mind, or dissatisfaction with the purchase price, subject to the return policy stated in the official eBay listing.
The winning bidder will have an opportunity to inspect the collection and verify its contents before accepting possession at the scheduled in-person pickup.
Following inspection, the buyer's provision of the official eBay pickup QR code or six-digit confirmation code will document receipt and transfer of the collection.
Buyers are strongly encouraged to review the Master Inventory, available photographs, and condition disclosures before bidding.
Any qualifying claims, returns, or disputes remain subject to eBay's Money Back Guarantee, the official listing terms, and applicable law.
06 — ADDITIONAL AUCTIONS
Six potential Burger King gold Pokémon card “Tricks & Treats” side auctions may be offered separately if the main RAWction receives a qualifying opening bid. These are independent auctions and are not included in the main RAWction collection. Any side auctions will have their own listings, bidding terms, and closing dates.
